This site collects only the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.

This data is used solely to handle your enquiry and reply to it. It is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Processing is based on your consent and on the Étude’s legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to it, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, then archived or deleted. Files entrusted to the Étude are subject to the statutory retention obligations applicable to the notarial profession.

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party trackers. No consent banner is therefore required.

Independently of data protection, the notary is bound by professional secrecy in respect of everything entrusted to them in the exercise of their office.
